Your application and personal introduction
To assess your request, we process your age, contact details, preferred appointment times and recent photograph. Admission is intended for adults aged 18 to 49. Decisions about invitations are made personally.
An application for our erotic events may contain information about your intimate life. We therefore process your application and photograph on the basis of your explicit consent. Your photograph is used to assess your application personally and is not published. Please use a recent, clothed photograph of you alone. Intimate photographs, identity documents and medical reports do not belong in this form.
Your information is made available to the people responsible for handling your application. The private contact area is used to arrange further steps. An identifier or access code does not prevent your information or photograph from making you identifiable.
Your personal introduction takes place as a live video conversation without recording. We confirm an appointment separately. You will receive access information and details of the video service when the appointment is arranged.
Medical matters
VESPARHALL is a private community and does not itself provide medical services. If you would like information about medical checks, we will agree further contact with you. Before a medical appointment is arranged, you will receive details of the responsible provider, scope of the examination, costs and intended channel for exchanging data. Medical reports and questions are discussed directly with the responsible medical professional.
Technical access information
When you access the website, technically necessary connection information is processed. This may include your IP address, the time, the page requested, and browser and device details. This processing supports the provision and security of the service. The additional technical checks associated with an application are covered by a separate notice next to the form.
Access is limited to the responsible people and technical service providers involved in provision, storage and secure operation, within the scope of their respective tasks. A request does not constitute consent to advertising or to publishing your information.
Retention and your rights
The retention period depends on the handling of your request, any resulting participation, and applicable retention or evidence requirements. Deletion requests are reviewed for the information, files and backup copies concerned. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete records that are still required for other legally permissible reasons.
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access, correction or deletion.
